Ingredients
- 1 tablespoonbasil pesto
- 1/4 cupchopped pine nuts
- 1/4 cupchopped sundried tomatoes or char-grilled capsicum
- 170g packetmini bagel chips or 125g packet CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoonsolive oil
- 250gblock PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
Instructions
- Beat Philly* and pesto with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold through tomatoes. Place mixture onto baking paper and form into a 40cm long sausage and coat in pine nuts. Chill for 1 hour or until firm. Slice into 2cm circles.
- Place Philly* bites onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes or until nuts are golden brown.
- Place individual bites on the bagel chips or water crackers, garnish with spring onion and serve.
