Ingredients
- 100g leg ham, sliced
- 400g can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Flat leaf parsley, for garnish
- Salad greens, for serving
Instructions
- ARRANGE the ham and artichokes evenly over the base of a greased, non stick 20cm frypan.
- WHISK the PHILLY with eggs, cream and thyme, then pour over the ham and artichokes.
- COOK the frittata over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes until almost cooked through. Sprinkle over the Parmesan then place under a preheated grill and cook a further 3-5 minutes to brown the top and finish cooking through. Slice the frittata and place onto serving plates, garnish with parsley and serve with salad greens. Serve immediately.
