Ingredients

 
  • 100g leg ham, sliced
  • 400g can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Flat leaf parsley, for garnish
  • Salad greens, for serving
 

Instructions

 
  • ARRANGE the ham and artichokes evenly over the base of a greased, non stick 20cm frypan.
  • WHISK the PHILLY with eggs, cream and thyme, then pour over the ham and artichokes.
  • COOK the frittata over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes until almost cooked through. Sprinkle over the Parmesan then place under a preheated grill and cook a further 3-5 minutes to brown the top and finish cooking through. Slice the frittata and place onto serving plates, garnish with parsley and serve with salad greens. Serve immediately.
