Ingredients
- 2 large (600g) potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- BOIL the potatoes for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash with the PHILADELPHIA and milk until smooth. Stir through the chives then season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
