Baked PHILLY and Tomato Salad with Broad Beans and Asparagus

Ingredients

 
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, broken into 2cm pieces
  • ½ cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
  • 125g mini Roma tomatoes, halved
  • 250g frozen broad beans, blanched and peeled
  • 2 bunches asparagus, blanched
  • 1/2 cup fresh peas, blanched
 

Instructions

 
  •  PLACE the PHILLY and tomatoes on a lined baking tray. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of the dressing.
  • BAKE for 15-20 minutes in a moderate oven 180°C until tomatoes are slightly shrivelled. Cool. 
  • ARRANGE the broad beans, asparagus and peas onto a serving platter. Top with the PHILLY and tomatoes and drizzle with the remaining dressing. Serve immediately.
  • Substitute with fresh broad beans if available!
