Ingredients

 
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, broken into small pieces
  • Spray olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
  • Cracked pepper, to taste
  • 2 Turkish bread rolls, split and cut diagonally
  • 400g baby rocket leaves
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Yellow and red grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
 

Instructions

 
  • PLACE PHILADELPHIA on a lined baking tray. Spray with oil and sprinkle with garlic, lemon rind and pepper. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly.
  • SPRAY bread with oil and toast on a grill pan or under a grill until golden.
  • PLACE two pieces of bread on serving plates. Top with some rocket, avocado, tomatoes and baked PHILADELPHIA. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
