Ingredients
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, broken into small pieces
- Spray olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- 2 Turkish bread rolls, split and cut diagonally
- 400g baby rocket leaves
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Yellow and red grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
Instructions
- PLACE PHILADELPHIA on a lined baking tray. Spray with oil and sprinkle with garlic, lemon rind and pepper. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly.
- SPRAY bread with oil and toast on a grill pan or under a grill until golden.
- PLACE two pieces of bread on serving plates. Top with some rocket, avocado, tomatoes and baked PHILADELPHIA. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
