Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lime
- Rocket or mixed lettuce leaves, to serve
- 1 largegluten free BBQ chicken, shredded or 500g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 loaf(24 slices) white square gluten free sandwich bread
- 1 tablespoongluten free chilli sauce
- 1/2 cupKRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cuproughly chopped basil
- 1/2 cuproughly chopped coriander
- 125gPHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoonsbrown sugar
- 2 teaspoonsfreshly grated ginger
Instructions
- Place peanut butter, chilli sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, herbs and lime juice in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Mix together the peanut butter mixture with the Philly* and chicken until well combined.
- Spread chicken mixture onto half the bread slices. Top with some rocket or lettuce, then another bread slice. Cut in half and serve.
