Ingredients

 
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Rocket or mixed lettuce leaves, to serve
  • 1 largegluten free BBQ chicken, shredded or 500g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 loaf(24 slices) white square gluten free sandwich bread
  • 1 tablespoongluten free chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cupKRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cuproughly chopped basil
  • 1/2 cuproughly chopped coriander
  • 125gPHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoonsbrown sugar
  • 2 teaspoonsfreshly grated ginger
 

Instructions

 
  • Place peanut butter, chilli sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, herbs and lime juice in a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Mix together the peanut butter mixture with the Philly* and chicken until well combined.
  • Spread chicken mixture onto half the bread slices. Top with some rocket or lettuce, then another bread slice. Cut in half and serve.
