Ingredients
- juice of 1 lime
- 1loaf (24 slices) white square sandwich bread
- 1 largeBBQ chicken, shredded or 500g chicken breast, cooked
- 1 tablespoonchilli sauce
- 1/2 cup(30g) each of chopped coriander and basil
- 1/2 cupKRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 125gPHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 clovegarlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoonfreshly grated ginger
- 2 teaspoonsbrown sugar
Instructions
- Process peanut butter, chilli sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, herbs and lime in a food processor until smooth. Fold through Philly* and chicken.
- Spread Asian Philly* chicken mix onto slices of bread. Top with another slice and cut into four triangles. Serve.
