Ingredients

 
  • 1 cupnatural muesli, unsweetened
  • 1 cupunsweetened apple juice
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupdried apple, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonmixed spice
  • 1/4 cupcanola oil
  • 1/4 cupflaked almonds
  • 125gtub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cupswholemeal S.R flour
 

Instructions

 
  • Combine the flour, muesli, apple, baking powder and mixed spice in a large bowl. Whisk together the apple juice, oil and eggs. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Spoon into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity muffins pans. Press flaked almonds into the top of each muffin. Bake at 200ºC for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, halve and spread with Philly*.
