Ingredients
- 1 cupnatural muesli, unsweetened
- 1 cupunsweetened apple juice
- 1 teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2 cupdried apple, roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoonmixed spice
- 1/4 cupcanola oil
- 1/4 cupflaked almonds
- 125gtub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cupswholemeal S.R flour
Instructions
- Combine the flour, muesli, apple, baking powder and mixed spice in a large bowl. Whisk together the apple juice, oil and eggs. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spoon into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity muffins pans. Press flaked almonds into the top of each muffin. Bake at 200ºC for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool, halve and spread with Philly*.
