Ingredients
- 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped
- 1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
- 1 smallonion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoonsweet chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoonfinely chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoonfinely chopped lemon grass
- 1 teaspoonlime juice
- 1/2 cupKRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cupcoconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoonground coriander
- 2 tablespoonbirdseye chillies, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoonsoil
- 250gtub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
Instructions
- Heat oil in a small saucepan over a medium heat and cook onion and garlic 5 minutes or until softened.
- Stir in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 2-3 minutes over a medium-low heat until fragrant.
- Add Philly*, peanut butter, coconut milk and lime juice. Stir over a low heat until smooth. Chill. Serve with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
