Ingredients

 
  • 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  • 1 smallonion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoonsweet chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoonfinely chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoonfinely chopped lemon grass
  • 1 teaspoonlime juice
  • 1/2 cupKRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoonground coriander
  • 2 tablespoonbirdseye chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoonsoil
  • 250gtub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
 

Instructions

 
  • Heat oil in a small saucepan over a medium heat and cook onion and garlic 5 minutes or until softened.
  • Stir in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 2-3 minutes over a medium-low heat until fragrant.
  • Add Philly*, peanut butter, coconut milk and lime juice. Stir over a low heat until smooth. Chill. Serve with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce.
