Ingredients
- 1fresh kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped
- 1 clovegarlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoonprepared tomato and chilli pickle
- 1 teaspoonlime juice
- 1/2onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoonfinely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoonfinely chopped lemon grass
- 1/4 teaspoonground coriander
- 125mlcoconut milk
- 2birdseye chillies, finely chopped
- 250gtub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese, softened
Instructions
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until onion is soft.
- Stir in chilli, ginger, lemon grass, lime leaf and coriander and cook a further 10 minutes.
- Add lime juice, Philly*, coconut milk and tomato and chilli pickle. Stir over a low heat until smooth.
