Ingredients
- Baby fresh basil leaves, to garnish
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- Parmesan shavings, to garnish
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 12 mini toasts
- 12 savoury tartlet cases
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 3 baby roma tomatoes, quartered
- 6 anchovy fillets, drained and halved
- 6 slices hot shaved salami, grilled until crisp
Instructions
- Combine PHILADELPHIA, basil and garlic in a bowl.
- For the Anchovy and Olive Toasts, spread mini toasts with ½ the PHILADELPHIA mixture and top with olives and anchovies. Garnish with basil leaves and season with pepper.
- For the Crispy Salami and Tomato Toasts, spread tartlet cases with the remaining PHILADELPHIA mixture and top with tomatoes and salami. Garnish with Parmesan and season with pepper.
