Ingredients
- 26cm pizza base
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 50g pancetta
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced and chargrilled
- 1 roasted red capsicum, cut into thick strips
- 90g block PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese. broken into cubes
- olive oil spray
Instructions
- SPREAD the pizza base evenly with sauce then top with the pancetta, vegetables and PHILADELPHIA. Spray with olive oil.
- BAKE the pizza at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and PHILADELPHIA is golden brown. Serve immediately.
