Ingredients
- Italian parsley leaves for garnish
- Lavosh bread or crackers to serve
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 mediumonion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 220g tub PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 50g blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over a medium heat, add onions and cook until onions soften and turn a light brown colour.
- Combine PHILADELPHIA, blue cheese and seasonings until smooth. Spoon into a serving bowl and top with caramelised onion to serve, or alternatively serve dip on lavosh bread or crackers and top with some caramelised onion and parsley leaves.
