Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 salmon fillets (approx 150g each) skin on
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh herbs, eg. parsley, chives, dill
- steamed greens for serving
Instructions
- HEAT the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Season salmon with salt and pepper then place skin down, and cook fro 2 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and rest for 2 minutes.
- COMBINE the PHILADELPHIA with the garlic and herbs and mix well.
- PLACE the salmon onto serving plates with the steamed greens. Top each salmon steak with a dollop of the herbed PHILADELPHIA. Serve immediately.
