Ingredients

 
  • 100g baby spinach leaves, wilted, roughly chopped
  • 100g butter
  • 100g chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 400g minced chicken
  • 50g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 60 wonton wrappers
 
 

Instructions

 
  • Combine chicken, Philly*, blue cheese and spinach. Place tablespoons of mixture on a wonton skin. Brush with water and top with another skin, pressing the seal firmly.
  • Cook wonton in a large pot of rapidly boiling water for 6-8 minutes, drain. Serve with sauce.
  • Walnut Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan and add walnuts to warm through.
