Ingredients
- 100g baby spinach leaves, wilted, roughly chopped
- 100g butter
- 100g chopped walnuts, toasted
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 400g minced chicken
- 50g blue cheese, crumbled
- 60 wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Combine chicken, Philly*, blue cheese and spinach. Place tablespoons of mixture on a wonton skin. Brush with water and top with another skin, pressing the seal firmly.
- Cook wonton in a large pot of rapidly boiling water for 6-8 minutes, drain. Serve with sauce.
- Walnut Sauce: Melt butter in a small saucepan and add walnuts to warm through.
