Ingredients
- rind and juice of 1 lemon
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup (50g) kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 2 parsnips, peeled into long ribbons
- 2 x 20 cm pizza bases
- 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 3 red onions, finely sliced
Instructions
- Combine PHILADELPHIA, thyme, lemon juice, rind, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread 2/3 of the mixture onto the pizza bases. Top with onion, parsnip, and olives. Sprinkle with sugar and dot with remaining 1/3 of the mixture.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until pizza is crisp and topping is golden. Slice and serve hot.
