Ingredients
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 1/2 cupsgrated cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 230g packet corn chips
- 5 spring onions, sliced
Instructions
- Combine Philly*, mayonnaise, avocado, sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth. Fold through spring onions, salt and pepper. Chill until serving.
- Arrange corn chips on a serving platter. Top with salsa and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place under a hot grill and cook until golden brown. Serve with guacamole.
