Ingredients

 
  • cinnamon for dusting
  • 16 gingernut biscuits, roughly chopped
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 825g can dark plums, stones removed and pureed
 
 

Instructions

 
  • Mix together the PHILADELPHIA, cream and sugar, then gently fold through the plum puree to form a swirl effect. Do not mix through thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle half the gingernuts into the base of 6 latte glasses or serving dishes. Top with half of the PHILADELPHIA and plum mixture, then another layer of biscuits and PHILADELPHIA. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and chill for 3 hours or until the biscuits soften.
