Ingredients

 
  • grated rind of 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup shaved coconut, toasted
  • 2 x 425g cans stoneless black cherries in syrup, drained and syrup reserved
  • 200g tub yoghurt
  • 220g tub PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 250g jam rolletes, sliced
 
 

Instructions

 
  • Whisk together the PHILADELPHIA, yoghurt, icing sugar and rind until smooth.
  • Divide half the jam rollettes amongst 6 serving glasses. Top with half the cherries and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of reserved syrup for each glass.
  • Spoon over half the PHILADELPHIA mixture. Repeat with remaining jam rollettes, cherries, syrup and PHILADELPHIA mixture. Cover and refrigerate until required. Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
