Ingredients
- grated rind of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup shaved coconut, toasted
- 2 x 425g cans stoneless black cherries in syrup, drained and syrup reserved
- 200g tub yoghurt
- 220g tub PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 250g jam rolletes, sliced
Instructions
- Whisk together the PHILADELPHIA, yoghurt, icing sugar and rind until smooth.
- Divide half the jam rollettes amongst 6 serving glasses. Top with half the cherries and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of reserved syrup for each glass.
- Spoon over half the PHILADELPHIA mixture. Repeat with remaining jam rollettes, cherries, syrup and PHILADELPHIA mixture. Cover and refrigerate until required. Sprinkle with almonds just before serving.
