Ingredients

 
  • icing sugar, to dust
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons brandy
  • 200g fresh berries or cherries, to serve
  • 3/4 cup double thickened cream
  • 8 brandy snaps
 

Instructions

 
  • Beat PHILADELPHIA, cream, icing sugar and brandy until smooth. Chill, covered, 15 minutes, or until needed.
  • Spoon PHILADELPHIA mixture into a piping bag or snap-lock bag (with corner cut to pipe through). Pipe the PHILADELPHIA mixture into the brandy snaps.
  • Serve brandy snaps with fresh cherries or berries and dust with icing sugar.
