Ingredients

icing sugar, to dust
1/4 cup icing sugar
125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
2 teaspoons brandy
200g fresh berries or cherries, to serve
3/4 cup double thickened cream
8 brandy snaps

Instructions

Beat PHILADELPHIA, cream, icing sugar and brandy until smooth. Chill, covered, 15 minutes, or until needed.
Spoon PHILADELPHIA mixture into a piping bag or snap-lock bag (with corner cut to pipe through). Pipe the PHILADELPHIA mixture into the brandy snaps.
Serve brandy snaps with fresh cherries or berries and dust with icing sugar.
