Ingredients
- finely grated rind of 1 orange
- finely grated rind of 1 orange, extra
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, extra
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice, extra
- 185g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup water
- 6 Pink Lady apples
Instructions
- Slice each apple in half and scoop out the core. Combine the breadcrumbs, pecans, figs, orange juice, rind, and cinnamon.
- Spoon mixture onto the top of each apple. Place into a baking dish and drizzle with honey, then add water to the dish. Cover with foil and bake at 160ºC for 20 minutes, or until apples are tender. Remove foil and bake a further 10 minutes.
- Combine the PHILADELPHIA, honey and rind until smooth. Serve apples with baking juices and Orange PHILADELPHIA Cream.
