Ingredients
- 1crushed peppermint chocolate bar
- 1prepared chocolate Swiss Roll, sliced
- 1 tablespoongelatine dissolved in
- 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
- 1/2 cupsugar
- 1/2 cupwater
- 150g canevaporated milk, chilled and whipped
- 300gblock of peppermint soft centre milk chocolate, melted
- 500gblock PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
Instructions
- Arrange slices of Swiss Roll in the base of a 20cm spring form pan.
- Stir gelatine into water, heat in saucepan (or microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds) until dissolved. Beat Philly* until smooth, add vanilla essence, gelatine mixture and sugar.
- Fold in evaporated milk and chocolate. Pour into prepared base and chill. Decorate with crushed peppermint chocolate bar.
