Ingredients
- orange segments and rind
- TERRY'S* Dark Chocolate Orange segments
- 1 cup plain chocolate biscuits, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 10 plain chocolate biscuits for decoration
- 200g dark chocolate melts, melted
- 3 teaspoonsgelatine dissolved in
- 300ml cream, whipped
- 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 50g butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine crumbs and butter, press into the base of a lined 20cm springform tin. Chill.
- Beat together the PHILADELPHIA, sugar and orange rind until smooth. Stir in the gelatine mixture and fold in the chocolate melts and cream.
- Pour filling into the prepared base and refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Top the cheesecake with chocolate orange segments, orange segments and orange rind strips. Roughly chop chocolate biscuits and press around the sides to form a crust. Slice and serve.
