Ingredients

 
  • 1 1/2 cupssweet biscuit crumbs
  • 1/2 cupcaster sugar
  • 1/2 cupflaked almonds
  • 1/3 cupbutter, melted
  • 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 2 x 55geggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 x 250gPHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
 
 

Instructions

 
  • Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan; chill.
  • Beat softened Philly* until smooth, stir in sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
  • Pour into prepared crumb crust and sprinkle with almonds; bake at 160C for 60 minutes. Allow to cool in oven. Chill for 2 hours.
