Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupssweet biscuit crumbs
- 1/2 cupcaster sugar
- 1/2 cupflaked almonds
- 1/3 cupbutter, melted
- 2 tablespoonlemon juice
- 2 x 55geggs, lightly beaten
- 3 x 250gPHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
Instructions
- Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan; chill.
- Beat softened Philly* until smooth, stir in sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
- Pour into prepared crumb crust and sprinkle with almonds; bake at 160C for 60 minutes. Allow to cool in oven. Chill for 2 hours.
