Ingredients
- 220g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Extra Light Cream Cheese
- One third of a cup coconut cream
- One quarter of a cup icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp Malibu liqueur, (optional)
- One quarter of a small seedless or other watermelon, rind removed, cut into wedges
- One quarter of a rockmelon, skin and seeds removed, cut into wedges
- One quarter of a honeydew melon, skin and seeds removed, cut into wedges
- Mint leaves, to serve

Instructions
- Put PHILLY, coconut cream, icing sugar and liqueur (if using) in a small food processor. Process until a smooth sauce forms. Arrange the melon wedges on a serving platter. Drizzle with coconut PHILLY sauce and sprinkle with mint leaves. Or serve with the sauce on the side.
