Serves 4
Ingredients
- 250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- One third of a cup craisins, chopped
- One quarter of a cup pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- Half a tsp cinnamon
- 4 Granny Smith apples
- One quarter of a cup maple syrup
- Extra half tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Put half of the PHILLY, craisins, pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl and stir to combine. Slice the tops off the apples. Using an apple corer or a small sharp knife, remove the cores from the apples, taking care not to cut right through to the base. Spoon the PHILLY mixture into each apple cavity. Put the apples in a baking dish. Add enough hot water to fill 2cm of base of dish. Bake the apples for 25 minutes or until tender. Test with a skewer.
- Put the remaining PHILLY, maple syrup and extra cinnamon in a small food processor. Process until a smooth sauce forms. Serve the apples with a little maple syrup cream on the side.
