PHILADELPHIA Simply Heaven Cookbook Offer (the "Promotion")

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to claim and details of entitlements form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only. Directors and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating outlets and any of their agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. 

3. The Promotion commences on 1/10/09 and will remain open until stocks last at the participant’s chosen outlet. To be eligible, participants must purchase three (3) or more Kraft Philadelphia products in one transaction from a participating Coles supermarket (“Eligible Purchase”).

4. Participants who make an Eligible Purchase will receive one (1) FREE Simply Heaven Cookbook valued at RRP $34.99 (“Cookbook”). 

5. The Cookbook must be redeemed in-store at the time of the Eligible Purchase.

6. Multiple claims per person will be permitted, however only one claim for each Eligible Purchase will apply.

7. In total, there will be 400,000 Cookbooks available for redemption. The number of Cookbooks available for redemption in each outlet may vary.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claims and to disqualify any participant benefiting from any tampering with the claim process.

9. The Cookbook cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

10. If the Cookbook is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Cookbook for an offer of equal or greater value.

11. In the event that an eligible participant does not redeem a Cookbook at the time of an Eligible Purchase, then the Cookbook will be forfeited.

12. Dollar values are in Australian dollars and are based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in value between now and the redemption date. 

13. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion.

14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with this Promotion or as a result of accepting or using a Cookbook, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

15. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same Terms and Conditions.
